The Handmade Interview: Nauli !

This week we’re going to know a bit more from 2 creative sisters that I’m very pleased to have met online. They knit, create wonderful books and cd cases out of amazing decorative paper, and also find time to create cute dolls and little things for the little people.

They are nice, friendly, and above all, engaged with their creative art, and always find the time to share what they have learnt in these years of crafting and selling online or in craft fairs. I’m proud to present Nauli ! Read More…

The Handmade Interview: Petronella from Kraplap

The Handmade Interview: Petronella from Kraplap

Today’s interview features one of my good friends from the Etsian world of crafters, and not only keyboard friend, but real friend. Petronella is one of the few fellow Etsy sellers that we’ve met personally, and even we had the pleasure once to enjoy her husband creative and delicious cuisine (yes I still want more of that Lavender vanilla ice cream!). She lives close to where we live, also in the shore of our Schlei fjord, in a tiny village of around 20 houses, very close to the smallest town in Germany (Arnis).

This wonderful dutch lady manages 3 Etsy shops, Kraplap where she drops her creativity into her Button-love-mania (believe me when I say she has millions of buttons of all kind!), P8 Accesories, turning her waterfall of creativity into wearable and useful accesories, and P8iosities, where she offers different traditional folk costume curiosities from Europe and the world (stamps, books and other vintage curiosities).
